This is clearly a hoppy beer, literally engineered to showcase the most prized components of hops. In this pilot trial, we experiment with a special lupulin powder that separates the vegetal material from the hop cone and leaves behind the essential oils and lupulin for us to play with. And of that, we play with Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc hops with no bittering additions. The grain bill features spelt and oats, with California ale yeast to make it shine.
