Our research and development series of Lounge-only Pale Ales brewed to utilize new recipes, hops, malts and experimental techniques. Each small batch release will be different so make sure to check the bottom of the can for details.Batch No.1 - Brewed using a dry english yeast, this 5.6% Pale Ale features a base of Pure Idaho single origin malted barley, and went through not one, but two stages of dry-hopping using Mosaic, Azacca, and Mosaic Cryo resulting in dank notes of orange and stone fruit with a dry finish
