And the form we've chosen is Gose!A salty, slightly sour brew flavoured with red grape, tart plum and sharp samson, with seaweed and Halen Mon sea salt providing the saltiness typical of the style. Salty, sharp and fruity. Different but delicious!Brewed in collaboration with Head of Steam bars.
