The base stout was inspired by the beers of the time with Maris Otter, Amber, Brown, and Black malts, plus Becker's Invert Caramel Syrup. Then we added the flavors of Queen Victoria's wedding cake: raisins, sultanas, dried cherries, tamarind, orange zest, and cinnamon!
