A special brew by schnitt in honour of the legendary Minzar bar's 30tg anniversary. A base of our blond beer using Kölsch yeast that has been dry hopped using American hop varieties - el Dorado, Simcoe and cascade. The result is a light beer, slightly bitter and very aromatic.
