2016 & 2017 Huon Farmhouse Cider

A blend of two harvests. 35% from 2016 & 65% from 2017. Sturmer Pippin apples from the Huon Valley, 100% fermented with wild yeast and bacteria. This late picked variety retains good acidity and the extended maturation develops a full flavoured palate which finishes completely dry.
