Mix-fermented in barrels with Brettanomyces Claussenii and English ale yeast, Oud English is a modern interpretation of the old English porters and stock ales that brettanomyces was first discovered in. It offers pungent tart cherry character, a subtle brett spice, and caramel and sweet chocolate hints at its brown porter malt base. Oud English finishes with a light acidity that leaves you thirsty for another sip.
