Hop Topic uses El Dorado, Citra, Nelson Sauvin CGX (cryo), and Meridian CGX (cryo) to bring out a familiar West Coast bitter hop bite. Characteristics of passionfruit, guava, and white grape shine alongside the balanced bitterness of Hop Topic.
