A contemporary take on West Coast IPA by Dainis Mazkaļķis, a well known and respected Latvian homebrewer. He created this recipe for local homebrewer's organization KuPLA beer contest 2024, and won. It came out so great that we thought it would be a sin not to let more people indulge in this mouth-watering and decently bitter experience. Only light malts used here together with Sabro, Idaho 7 and Chinook hops.
