Piromancia is an medium hazy NEIPA, massive hopped with Idaho7 and Simcoe hops. We´ve pitched two different yeast (NEngland and English yeast) that leaves non fermented sugars giving an amazing and juicy mouthfeel. Idaho7 and Simcoe hops are perfect for melon and apricot flavour and aroma profile.Enjoy!
