Quadrupel Dryhopped Single Hop (Nelson Sauvin) New-Zealand Double IPA!Together with SOMA from Catalonia, we brewed this Double IPA, with many different layers of the New Zealand hop variety Nelson Sauvin.Freestyle Hops has experimented extensively with different harvesting and processing methods for their hops in recent years. This allowed us to work with, among other things, the Nelson Sauvin bliss process, which focuses entirely on late harvest Nelson to achieve as much tropical intensity as possible without losing its citrus and wine-like characteristics. Nelson cryo was also added to obtain as much aroma as possible without too much bitterness, ‘regular’ Nelson Sauvin in the whirlpool and Maui Nelson Subzero Hopkief in our bright beer tanks to create the most comprehensive Nelson experience of your life!
