Our Super Mega Funk Department joined fermentation forces with our pals at Covert Artisan Ales to summon a biere de miel that’s as elegant as it is delightfully unhinged. Brewed with intention and conditioned on meadowfoam honey (you know, the one that tastes like marshmallows), this ale sways between worlds with notes of apple, pear, and peach, cozy sweetness, gentle oak and a whisper of funk.
