If you’re familiar with the main street in Hamilton you probably know the clock face that spells out a beer style with letters rather than numbers. Taking notice of the novelty landmark atop Sydney Junction (affectionately known as Sidey's) and discovering the local prominence of said beer style, Gus & Jake joined forces to create a delicious homage to 'that' beer. A dreamy malt bill forms the base of this beer, giving a big chocolate aroma, roast and a dry hopping of Fuggle for additional earthy aromas. This beer carries a medium sweetness, landing on the front of the tongue and levels out to finish drier with medium bitterness.Hops: EKG, Fuggles
