FRESH HOP HAZY IPA Collaboration with RUSE BREWINGThe seasons are changing, daylight hours dwindle as hop farms across the land cut down their bines. The dark, low skies of the North Coast are filled with the probability of precipitation. For a third year, we’ve teamed up with Ruse Brewing to brew Sediments of Memory (from memory, of course). We crafted this brew utilizing our finest, warmest summer memories as a binding agent.Sediments of Memory is a fruity, full, barely bitter peach-colored Hazy IPA with a slightly sweet finish. Brewed at Fort George with over 600 pounds of fresh Citra Hops from Coleman and about 20 pounds of memories.Hops: Fresh Coleman Citra, Citra CO2, Strata, Simcoe, Strata CGX, Citra CryoMalts: Rahr 2Row, Linc Stingray Wheat, Grain Millers Flaked Oats
