St Austell Brewery have turned back the pages of their brewing journal to recreate a special beer for the Queen’s platinum jubilee. Their coronation ale recipe from 1952 provides the foundation for a brew that celebrates all things traditional. Cornish spring water and a variety of malts combine with Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops for a quintessentially British beer.
