Made with 10 different malts, this complex malt driven Scottish Style Strong Ale (Wee Heavy) is truly a delight. This batch of beer was destined for further aging on bourbon-oak staves “Drammed If You Do”, but it was tasting so good we decided to keep some back & release in its own right. Expect malty fruitcake richness, sweet caramel & a hint of smoke, all coming together beautifully in this rich Scottish Ale.
