Imagine a mashup of a crisp Champagne with a hoppy Pale Ale. Our dry-hopping with Wai-iti and Nectaron® hops gives a flavour punch and the addition of an enzyme to maximise the ferment has created an ultra-dry and distinctively refined brew.
