"A RiverRuns Thru It"For this beer we took our house Saison and teamed up with our buddies from Tarpon River Brewing to source LemonGrass and Mango's from our friends back yards! We added the lemongrass to the boil and fresh pressed over 60 lbs of fresh mango's then added them to the secondary. Using Lactobacillus and farmhouse yeast we created a wonderful light but big ABV farmhouse ale!
