This is our second annual Edition of Oktoberfest Lager. This year's Oktoberfest beer is brewed in the tradition Maerzen way utilizing all German ingredients from malt, hops, yeast and even the water which was minerally adjusted to the levels of Munich Germany to achieve a perfect representation of the style. Enjoy a complex lager that has both depth of character and drinkabillity. Malt notes range from toasted bread, honey, caramel and dried fruit, while the hop tones are lightly spiced and floral. Yeast provides a light, fruity "lager" like aroma and flavour. Prost!
