We scoured our barrel stock to find some Ethan Billy 1783 barrels aged 2.5 years with nice caramel qualities. Next, we looked for some chocolate-forward-tasting Ethereal Mound barrels aged 2.5 years. Finally, we chose a couple just straight-up fire Quadruple Flowers barrels with two years of aging time. When the blend was just right, we got some Mexican Cocoa Nibs, Toasted Coconut, and Macaroon-cut Coconut, and – Voila! – Samoa Cookie in a bottle. Of course, we will always support our local troop when we hear the call. But until that time comes once again, we can appease the cookie cravings with this beautiful, scrumptious little treat.Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon barrels with cocoa and coconut. Released Sept 2023
