So, for brew number 500 we wanted to create something special and agreed on a high abv beer!Using 25 kg of each crystal malt from Thomas Fawcett, which are 8, along side a massive amount of pilsmalt! We didn't bother about the outcome of the color…Regarding the hops, we went for the idea of deciding on the actual brewday. We ended up with each brewery member choosing a hop without the rest knowing about it. A surprisingly nice selection I must say. And of course, we used a lot!Style of this big beer? All pre-tasters spontanious came up with this: 200 Watt on steroids!!!!Off you go!
