The rooftop bar at Sweeneys is an institution and custom made for shenanagins. Its needs a beer that’s quaffable but still a boozy kick that need to be respected. That’s why with Sweeneys we made with this Brut IPA. Lingering clean dryness, hop aromas and low bitterness means its easily enjoyed, while at 6.6% ABV you need to tread carefully. If you’re peak Sydney you can enjoy from a champagne flute, but that carry-on wont fly at Royal Park.
