Brewing with fresh hops is a rare opportunity for us, so when our friends at Hilltop Hops Farm in Brisbane called and offered for some of our Brew Crew to join in on their January 2022 harvest it was an easy ‘yes’ from us!Columbus, Cascade and Victoria Hops went straight from the farm and into the brewhouse in a matter of hours for this American Strong Pale Ale. A beer that is equally malty and hoppy as it is strong, that rewards the palate with a pleasant bitterness lingering with every sip. We went straight to the top of the hops for this one.
