We love our cask here at Track and we’ve added this beauty to the line-up to complement our other wonderful cask beers. This bitter is brewed with Maris Otter, Vienna malt, Cara Gold, a little dark Munich and a sprinkle of medium crystal malt. Bright and bready with a subtle malty sweetness which is beautifully accented by the refreshing bitterness of Mandarina Bavaria added in the hop back. The finish is floral and lingering with toasty bitterness.
