A blended barrel-aged Imperial Stout - consisting of (90%) 40-month Willett Bourbon barrel aged stout and (10%) younger imperial stout, and then conditioned on coffee (washed Colombia from @portolacoffee) coconut, and Madagascar vanilla beans. The dabs of younger, brighter imperial stout enhance the rich mature barrel flavors and amplify layers of fudgey goodness from the coffee, coconut, and vanilla beans.
