Birra is our take on the crisp, herbaceous and refreshing Italian-style pilsner, using a blend of pilsner malts and dry hopped with German Halletau MF hops. After lagering in tank, this beer presents flavours and aromas of sweet & earthy cereal notes, matched with grassy and herbal characters from the Hallertau hops. The result is a lager with pungent aromas and slight bitterness like an IPA, whilst finishing dry and refreshing like a traditional pilsner.
