Symposium - Blended Wild Ale with Citrus Peel and Wildflower Honey. 5.8%. Made with Pilsner Malt, Spelt and Unmalted Wheat, this Wild Ale was blended with naturally fermented Cider from our fantastic neighbours Two Shires Cidery. It was aged on 2 kg of candied citrus peel before being finished with Wild Flower Honey to add natural carbonation and a touch if residual sweetness.
