Take a grist bill featuring 38% jasmine rice, toss in a classic West Coast hop bill of Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, and Sterling, and then ferment the whole thing a little colder than a typical ale, and you arrive at our Cold IPA, named lovingly for our new home in Chicago.
