SMaSH IPA - Brewer's Tap

From this beer you might expect something simple as the name suggests: SMaSH stands for ”Single Malt and Single Hops”, but nose is quite complex, grapefruit, citrus, pine and floral, that comes from Mosaic hops. The aroma is melted in a delicious bitterness. Because we used only one malt Maris Otter which is very flavorful, so beer has light body and together with Mosaic create quite interesting light Single Hop IPA.Cheers everyone!!!
