Unfiltered lagerbier brewed with 100% Weyermann malt and late hot side additions of tettnang and saaz hops. Often times served on draft only in small Franconia area breweries, this style is meant to be enjoyed fresh due to the youth of the beer and freshness of the hops being important for the style.Our take is approachable with firm bitterness with light biscuit flavors in the forefront and finishing with a slight hop spice character.
