Smooth and juicy with a big burst of tropical and citrus, starts sweet but ends with a hint of bitterness for a nicely balanced, but intensely hoppy beer.Brewer's Notes: Our second in our series of collabs with good friends Peders, V2 keeps the heavy oat malt bill the same, but ups the abv slightly and substitutes the original Mosaic and Citra with El Dorado and Krush.
