The Elucidation series is our creative outlet to further develop our IPAs by changing ingredients, processes, and techniques. Elucidation 1 introduces a blend of flaked wheat and malted wheat to our standard IPA malt bill. We increased the fermentation temperature for increased stone fruit esters and adjusted the water chemistry for a “rounder” experience, and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, & Vic Secret.
