Le Marais Champagne Pilsner

Inspired by the Parisian arrondissement of Le Marais, home of the avant-garde. Traditionally fermented with lager yeast then finished with a champagne yeast. Loaded with Nelson Sauvin hops to give you gooseberries. This technique produces a clean pilsner with hints of stone-fruit and citrus, white grape aroma, a sweet dry finish and elegant white bubbles.
