Pale malt is used to keep the bright, blonde colour & some carapils malt is added for just a little extra body. Amarillo hops in the boiling copper give refreshing bitterness and late hopping with Amarillo & Citra hops add zesty citrus & a delicate hint of floral, spicy & tropical fruits. A refreshing, easy drinking ale.
