For this installment of our “Of the Farm” series, we took a dry cider and rested loads of locally grown Red Plums with a hefty dose of crushed Cardamom brought to us as a gift from the country of Jordan. The result is a strikingly beautiful red hued cider with strong notes of cardamom: peppery, minty, floral, with an herbal warmth and underlying ripe plum. Palate cleansing, unique, and leaving you wanting for more, this one will leave you thinking of Love + Desire.
