Session IPA is intended for those of us who like a lot of taste, bitterness and character in their beer, but may also enjoy a few of those (especially on a warm summer day) . Despite its bold nature, the session beer remains light-bodied and the percentage of alcohol is kept relatively low. Sasson IPAs' recipe includes a mix of particularly aromatic and fruity hop varieties - on top of the classic Citra and Cascade hops - we added some New-Zealand Pacifica dry-hopping in order to add some extra citrus and spicy notes
