Our brewer Joe was inspired by a Lebanese pistachio mafroukeh dessert he had in Ashville at place called Gypsy Queen and brought the concept alive in one of our imperial stouts!Starting with the base of Flaked, we added 13 lbs of pistachios, cherry juice, and rose water!
