We made this beer with our friends Ritual Lab, straight outta Roma! Layers of NZ hops wrap your tongue in a tight green tapestry. Buon viaggio!Another beer heavy on the New Zealand varieties, this time Motueka and Nelson both in pellet and Hop Kief form as well as a healthy dose of Riwaka, full of sweet citrus fruit with ephemeral savoury undertones….we managed to bag lots of those sweet citrus notes.This beer stinks of juicy limes and gooseberry, with a thread of tropical fruit from front to back.
