Look for bready notes from the mainly pilsner malt bill. Earthy noble hop character is also evident, reminiscent of true German and Bohemian Pilsners from Europe. The NZ hops also bring a subtle tropical fruit aroma and flavour to the beer. Bitterness is present but not overly aggressive resulting in a crisp refreshing lager that is perfect for a session in the Big Shed Beer Garden. Brewed with new hops Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Wakatu.
