Dirty Jam is the dark sour you need to help your transition out of these depths of winter with a spring in our step.A rich malt base is gently soured with lactobacillus, fermented with our fruity English ale yeast, and then livened up with two varieties of plums for a fresh and fruity piquant that pumps up the jam.
