Together with the ladies of Pure, we proudly present Gaia—a wonderfully strong Belgian-style golden ale. Named in honor of Mother Earth, and brewed in homage to the classic styles that were popularized in Belgium, this golden beauty is built on a base of Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt, Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, and Belgian Trappist yeast. The result is an effervescent brew filled with flavors and aromas of banana bread, honey, dried apricot, white pepper, and lavender.
