This Deep Search Variant was brewed with our bud Sean Buchan, co-founder and head brewer of Denver’s Cerebral Brewing, who continue to pioneer progressive and classic styles alike, including medal winning Imperial Stouts. This Deep Search variant consists of a trio of chosen barrels that were conditioned on 50 pounds of Toasted Almonds, along with 20 pounds of Filipino Cocoa Nibs, Peruvian Vanilla Beans & Sea Salt.
