▶ This time, we present Pomme Lambic, an apple lambic. In addition to maintaining the uncompromising spirit of this series, we sought to incorporate elements representative of traditional Belgian brewing practices. Utilizing a high-alcohol sour ale as its foundation, this brew, fermented with wild yeast, exhibits a distinctive leathery aroma. This is complemented by notes of caramel, apple, oak, and aged hops, creating a complex layering of flavors that embodies the characteristic depth of the "Craft Never Dies" series.▶ 這次推出蘋果蘭比克啤酒Pomme Lambic，除了延續此系列的硬派精神之外，更希望加上一些具代表性的比利時釀酒元素。以高酒精度酸啤酒為基底，同樣使用野生酵母菌，帶出獨特的皮革香氣，結合焦糖香、蘋果、橡木感、陳年啤酒花，多層次的風味堆疊，呈現精釀不死系列的一貫深度。
