The Double IPA version of Happy alone. We used a single yeast variety in this version - brewed with Wheat, Spelt, malted oats and two-row pale ale malt. Hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Idaho 7 hops. Creamy, fruity with a sustained bitterness.
