My vision for a lager beer with a rustic yet elegant character and a sense of place. It was brewed with only organic local ingredients and 30% organic spelt. It was lagered to perfection for 16 weeks and is ready for you to enjoy here and now.Ingredients: water, organic barley malt, organic spelt, organic hops, yeast.
