Blackberry Keylime Mochi

This Mochi inspired IPA was brewed with Pilsner malt, malted oats, toasted rice and fermented with milk sugar, blackberry and keylime puree. We dry hopped this unique beverage with Galaxy and Citra hops and conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans.
