Made from a small batch of cider apples (Dabinett, Sweet Alford, Egremont Russet, Browns and Chisel Jersey) wild fermented with hand peeled feijoas from our small grove above the orchard. The result is a smooth, medium dry cider overlain with subtle and yet distinct feijoa notes.Residual sweetness: 15.7g/l
