IPA Project: Fladda Rock

Описание

A blonde IPA with a very inviting aroma of sweet melon and a hint of tropical fruits. Light citrus notes are also present in the beer which has a smooth bitter finish. This was one of our favourite beers of last year. When we got the opportunity to get some more of the amazing Calypso hops that are in Fladda Rock, we jumped at the chance. We brewed this beer as part of a pair with Fladda Rock’N’Roll which is brewed with a Belgian wheat beer yeast.Hops: Calypso, AmarilloMalt: Maris Otter Pale Malt, Wheat
