Peckham's Cider and Cell Division Brewery, two boundary-pushing fermentationists, teamed up to bring you this small batch creative project. We think it delivers the best of both worlds.Fire Graff is a deliciously surreal juxtaposition of cider and beer. Cider apple juice was caramelised over an open fire and co-fermented in an oak barrel with a red Saison base beer. The result is a big, rich, full-bodied amalgamation of cider and Belgian-style farmhouse ale. Unfiltered for maximum flavour.
