Cascadian Lager

This Cascadian Lager is not what it looks like. With a very dark brown to black color it seems like just another porter, but this beer is much more. This beer drinks like an IPA, bitter, with a pleasant apparent bitterness, and fruity notes in the aroma because it is double dry hopped with blends of Mosaic, Motueka, Cascade, and Ekuanot hops to bring the aroma fruit grapefruity to pungent tropical papaya.
